緣起 :
  隨著全世界先進國家對環保要求日趨嚴謹,各項產品的開發及生產也逐漸從只重視功能到符合[人性]為要求;[科技始於人性]本公司專業致力於載具設計研發及製造,十餘年來ㄧ直秉持著創新開發的精神,對於載具生產及使用過程中所產生的六大問題進行改善:
History:
      With the continuously regarding demand of environmental requirements in developed countries, the development and manufacture of products are not just focused on function only but also need to fit the demands of being healthy and environmental friendly. Based on our belief “Technology comes from humanity”, our company has repeatedly committed ourselves with innovation for more than a decade. We have continuously improved the six main issues regarded with the manufacture and operation of carrier soldering:

Based on above we have gathered the best researched and devoted R&D. In 2003 we have developed an lead-free carrier with high thermal resistance, corrosion resistance, And a high degree on integration that meets with ROHS、PFOS、ANTISTATIC requirements. This improves the performance for DIP and SMT industry under lead-free requirements, which also enables manufactures not to worry of safety issues regarding with lead. Also because we made improvements with the materials for use, we effectively reduced the cost and efficiently improved manufacturing efficiency. With the certification of environmental requirements, we provided manufactures both with safety and production benefits. 



石無鉛®材料優勢 :
一、耐高溫:300度,更高耐熱材料延長了使用的壽命。
二、抗酸蝕:在無鉛的環境中可抵抗Flux的噴塗及侵蝕。
三、高結合度及耐撞擊特性,比傳統載具壽命更長。
四、表面潔淨度:因沒有粉塵,比合成石更潔淨。適合用在封裝製程中。
五、可降低設計難度,提高設計師的執行率:不必考慮強度問題,可加工出高複雜度、高精密的產品。

Stononlead® material advantage:
1.High temperature resistance:Can operate at 300oC, this resistance to hotter temperatures increases the life period.
2.Corrosion resistance:Can withstand flux spraying and erosion in an lead-free environment.
3.Characteristics of high integrity and impact resistance, which provides a longer usage duration compared to traditional carriers.
4.Surface cleanliness:Because the lack of dust, it is much cleaner than common composite materials. Suitable for use during packaging processes.
5.Reduces the difficulty in design which can improve the execution for designers:There is no consideration for material strength, in which can manufacture highly complex and precision products.
